Growth is the ability of an organisation to increase in size or increase in quantity or quality. Some examples of growth are; sales expansion, branch addition, diversification, recruitment of more hands etc.
Measurement of performance?
What is measured get done! It entails procedures, designs and processes put in place by the management to capture what is being done with a view to reward performance.
Return on capital employed (Roce or Roi)
This term measures the progress of the company in relation to the capital size or investment outlay
Gross profit
Sales less cost of sales ( Sales – Cost)
